More background info on this game: Atomic Heart takes place in 1955 within Facility 3826, a fictional top-secret USSR military base built to manufacture robots. Scientist Dmitry Sechenov has created a special substance called “Polymer”, a neural network “Kollectiv” and planned to launch its next version, introducing a new ‘THOUGHT’ device, allowing humans to control robots with their mind. But the plan was sabotaged, which resulted in the unleashing of a technological nightmare.
You are Major P-3, an elite soldier from the Intelligence Service with a troubled personality and a mysterious past, who is sent to restore the network. Shine light through deceit and unearth what Atomic Heart really is. Just know one thing: in Atomic Heart, the price of truth will be paid in blood, as the utopian dream is not what it seems.
